Purchase

In order to purchase your painting, you must fill in your personal information and payment information. 

Once an order is placed I start the print & painting process.

Shipping 

Shipping is free.

When your order will be shipped you will receive an email with your shipping information and tracking number.

All my artworks are sent from Paris.

Delivery charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. All of our shipments can be tracked with our shipping partners.

Lead time for these custom built artworks  from order to ship date.
  • France : 4 to 9 working days.
  • EU :  5 to 10 working days.
  • Other countries : 7 to 12 working days.

      • Returns and Exchanges

      We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the day that you received your order.

      If you would like to make a return or an exchange, please contact us at contact@lucilesalamone.com with your order number and name of the product that you would like to return and we will send you further instructions.

      The painting(s) must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective box.

      Damaged products or Parcels

      We ship all our painting in protective packaging to secure they will arrive in perfect condition.

      However, if you for any reason receive a damaged package which does not correspond to your original purchase, please contact us at contact@lucilesalamone.com as soon as possible or the latest within 2 days from the date of received delivery.

      Please document all damages, including the outside packaging and include them in the email to us.
